Shipping and Returns

Instore Return Policy:

Due to the nature of consignment, we offer a strictly inforced return policy - 100% in-store credit on new items, and 50% in-store credit on used items. Returns must be made in the ten days after the purchase and can only be done with a valid receipt from the original transaction. New items must include tags and/or original packaging and must be totally unused to qualify for return.

Online Return Policy:
 
We offer 14 day returns from the date received on new items.  If the item was new it must still be in the original packaging and have the tags still attached.  All sales are final on used items, but don’t hesitate to call us, we will always try our best to help.  We only offer to cover shipping costs on items that are being returned for errors on our end (e.g., product had an incorrect description or wrong size was shipped).

Shipping Policy:

2nd Tracks Mail policy is to package and mail every web order within 48 hours, although we usually move faster than that. Our default mail service is UPS Ground which take 3-5 day for delivery. 

The charts below indicate when you can expect to receive your order when using UPS Ground delivery.
